A specialised programme in vocational qualification and practical training for young people, women and jobseekers, equipping them with applied skills that the labour market actually demands.

In the orphan pathway
Hirfa is also phase two of our orphan sponsorship: young people aged 16 to 20 who came up through Ikram move into vocational training matched to their interests and to real demand in the labour market, before progressing to Kasb.
£500 per trainee. The outcome: turning someone from a recipient of aid into a productive individual contributing to their society.
